These Terms are applicable to all types of Vehicles, encompassing Private Hire Vehicles (PHVs) licensed in London (“PCO Cars”), Wolverhampton plated cars (“Wolverhampton Cars”), and standard rental cars (“Rental Cars”).

Eligibility and Requirements To rent a Vehicle, you must:

Be a minimum of 23 years old. Possess a valid full driver’s license for at least 3 years. Fulfill any additional licensing prerequisites for PCO Cars or Wolverhampton Cars, as applicable. Present a valid form of identification (passport or driving license). You are obligated to furnish evidence of valid personal vehicle insurance that meets the minimum legal criteria for operating a vehicle in the United Kingdom. This insurance must cover the type of Vehicle you are renting and the duration of your rental period.

Reservations and Booking Reservations can be made via online channels, by phone, or in person. Full payment details (excluding security deposit) are requisite at the time of booking. We retain the right to nullify your reservation if payment is not received or if you fail to meet eligibility criteria, including proof of valid personal vehicle insurance.

Vehicle Selection and Availability We will endeavor to supply the specific Vehicle you request. However, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable Vehicle of equal or superior value should your requested Vehicle be unavailable. We bear no responsibility for any delays or disruptions arising from the unavailability of a specific Vehicle.

Rental Period and Rates Rental rates are contingent upon the Vehicle type, duration of rental, and selected package. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates are on offer. Additional charges may be applicable for features such as one-way rentals, additional drivers, and low-mileage usage. A security deposit will be authorized on your credit card upon vehicle collection. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the vehicle, subject to any charges for damages.

Insurance (Please Review Carefully) We do not provide insurance coverage for the Vehicles. You are exclusively responsible for ensuring you possess valid personal vehicle insurance that meets the minimum legal requisites and covers the type of Vehicle you are renting for the rental period. We recommend consulting with your insurance provider to confirm coverage for rental vehicles.

Vehicle Usage You are accountable for the safe operation of the Vehicle and for any damages incurred during the rental period. Vehicles are to be utilized solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all traffic regulations. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all Vehicles. You are liable for any fines, parking tickets, or tolls accrued during the rental period.

Vehicle Condition and Return You are responsible for returning the Vehicle in the same condition it was received, with a full fuel tank and clean interior. We will assess the Vehicle upon return and levy charges for any missing items, damage beyond normal wear and tear, or excessive cleaning required.

Breakdown and Assistance Roadside assistance is available for all Vehicles. Specific details of the program will be furnished at the time of rental. You are responsible for any expenses related to breakdowns caused by driver negligence and any damages not covered by your personal insurance policy.

Termination and Early Return We reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and reclaim the Vehicle if you breach any of these Terms, including failure to provide proof of valid personal vehicle insurance. No refunds will be issued for early returns unless due to mechanical breakdown of the Vehicle.

Disclaimer of Liability We disclaim liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage to your belongings or to any third party arising from the use of the Vehicle, unless directly attributable to PCO and wolverhampton car hire.

Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Modifications We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notification.

Additional Terms for PCO Cars You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all PCO License requirements and adherence to Transport for London (TfL) regulations for operating a PCO Car. We bear no responsibility for any fines or penalties incurred due to non-compliance with TfL regulations.

Additional Terms for Wolverhampton Cars You are responsible for acquainting yourself with any specific regulations applicable to Wolverhampton Cars.

Force Majeure We shall not be held accountable for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions to your rental caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, strikes, or civil unrest.

By renting a Vehicle from PCO and wolverhampton car hire, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the Terms and Conditions set forth in this agreement.
